Well, I thought the plan was done...

It's been a month or so since I thought the business plan was finished, and I was under the impression that my advisor for writing the plan was going to call the people needed and I was to be at the presentation for the plan. So far I've heard nothing about any meeting. I'm not sure who to contact or if I should just wait until I hear something.
